Display & Stand at The 2005 Enfield Pageant of Motoring

Once again we have to thank club members who took the time to attend the event and bring along their pride a joy to display on our stand.
Due to the show being very popular club stands are limited to 10 cars per stand. We did arrange for extra tickets so we could have some different BMWs on the Sunday and May holiday Monday.
The weather on the Saturday and Sunday was sunny and hot. On the Monday we had a rain shower in the morning but the day dried out.
This was the first event that the NEW South East Region BMWCC Caravan attend an event, The new Caravan has more room inside and the framed signed poster of the BMW Team Great Britain ETCC BMW and the 1972 M1 turbo BMW Museum poster set it off.
This year was the second time that the BMW Car Club South East Region had a stand at the Enfield Pageant of Motoring
It was the 28th year that this north London event was held. The organisers of the event Enfield & District Veteran Vehicle Trust (EDVVT) once again made the event run smoothly.
The main sponsor this year were Enfield Garages Ltd. who arranged for the this years theme to be "BENTLEY'S OF YESTERYEAR".
As you can see from the photographs below they had a fine display in the Marquee. The cars ranged from the very first 1925 W. O. Bentley Team Le mans racing car up to the current footballers favourite choice the Bentley GT.
