Royal Windsor Racecourse, Maidenhead Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 5JJ
The BMW Car Club have been invited to have a club stand at this major new 3 day outdoor show to be held on the banks of the River Thames. There are only spaces for 10-15 cars per day on the club stand in the Autoglym sponsored car owners’ paddock display. We are looking for rare/interesting vehicles to promote the club at this this event. At present, other car clubs attending are: Jaguar Enthusiasts Club, The Aston Martin Owner’s Club, and The Maserati Owner’s club.
There’s a comprehensive range of outdoor leisure products comprising of 8 zones for visitors to experience. Addition to Cars and Bikes zone, there are extreme sports products, fantastic display of yachts & powerboats, Motorhomes & Campervans, Explore Britain, Outdoor & Country, and Holiday homes.
For those members who BMW is on display at show, will receive complimentary VIP 3 day pass.
There is also a complimentary VIP parking onsite and a 25% ticket discount for BMW Car Club members who attend show. Tickets are £10 each and all you need to do is quote “Car Club Member” and you will receive the 25% discount.
Please Note: Cars can arrive at between 7 and 8 am and leave at 7pm, but as they have 24hr onsite security, it would be better to leave the cars that can stay in there for the full 3 days.
There is also Motorhome / Caravan and Camping onsite for the event for those who wish to stay over.
Camping is £15 per night, and at a higher price and for those without a 2010 Auto Trail Tag Axle Comanche Motorhome (If mine arrives in time!), caravan/motor home hire is available.
Directions to venue:
From the North and East
- Exit the M25 motorway at J15 joining the M4 West Slough and Reading.
- Exit the M4 at junction 6 signposted Slough Central, Windsor A332, Eton. Take the first left following the A332 to Windsor.
- Take the slip road signposted A308 and Windsor Racecourse.
- Take the third exit on the roundabout towards A308 Maidenhead Road.
- The entrance to the racecourse is on the right hand side on the Maidenhead road.
From the West
- Exit the M4 motorway at J8/9 signposted Maidenhead.
- Join the A308 towards Windsor.
- At the roundabout junction with the A308(M) continue straight ahead.
- At the next roundabout continue straight ahead onto the Maidenhead Road.
- Continue along this road and the entrance to the racecourse is on the left-hand side.
From the South
- Exit the M3 motorway at J3 signposted Woking Bracknell and Lightwater.
- Take the first exit at the roundabout following the A332 towards Windsor.
- Follow the A332 through Ascot towards Windsor.
- At the next roundabout go straight across following the A332.
- At the next large roundabout take the first exit signposted Windsor racecourse and Legoland.
- Continue along this road passing Legoland on the left hand side.
- Continue straight on this road when you reach a set of traffic lights turn left following signs to the racecourse.
- At the roundabout go straight across and then immediately take the slip road left signposted A308 Maidenhead.
At the roundabout take the first exit onto Maidenhead Road following signs to the racecourse.
